In terms of food in a dorm it's difficult to stay clean , hence the dreaded freshman fifteen. I don't have some strict diet that I fallow, I also don't count calories or macros. I eat things I enjoy eating, I eat things that I enjoy and I don't feel guilty about "cheat" meals even if I eat 10 cheat meals a week. However I do have certain goals in terms of food. I don't eat dessert on a regular basis, when I do I try to make it something on the healthier side, involving fruit and dark chocolate. I don't drink soda, that's one of my only rules for my eating, I try to only drink water, tea or 100% juice, and usually only water. I'm trying to eat a large amount of vegetables and fruit during each meal, I try to also incorporate a larger mount of whole grains and I am currently cutting down on my carbs in general, but especially from pastas and bread and gluten in general. I also don't limit my snacking, but I try to only eat when I'm hungry and make good decisions with the snacks I stock up on like cliff bars, veggies and fruits for smoothies.
I'm a college student so my time and money is limited, I don't get to workout every day and by no means are all my meals "clean" or healthy. I love fitness and I love food and I try to find a good balance between my life and food and fitness.
These picture's just show where my body is right now, I want to kill my remaining stomach fat and increase my tone and muscle all over.
